Creating a Teams Meeting:

To create a Teams meeting, follow these steps:

1. Open the Teams app or go to the Teams website. (OR this can also be done on Outlook 2019)

2. Click on the "Calendar" tab located in the left sidebar.

3. Click on the "New Meeting" button located on the top right corner of the calendar screen.

4. Fill in the meeting details such as the title, date, start time, and end time.

5. Optional: Add a description, attach any relevant files, and set a reminder for the meeting.

6. Click on the "Invite Attendees" field to add the participants. You can search for individuals by name or enter their email addresses.

7. Once you have added all the participants, click on the "Send" button to invite them to the meeting.

8. The meeting will be added to your calendar and a notification will be sent to all invited participants.

Checking Who is in the Meeting:

To check who is in a Teams meeting, follow these steps:

1. Join the meeting by clicking on the meeting link or navigating to the calendar tab and clicking on the meeting.

2. Once you are in the meeting, you will see a toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click on the "Participants" icon located on the toolbar. It looks like two people.

4. A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, displaying a list of all the participants in the meeting.

5. You can scroll through the list to see who is currently attending the meeting.

6. To see more details about a participant, such as their video and audio settings, you can hover over their name and click on the ellipsis (three dots) that appear next to their name.

7. From the options that appear, you can choose to chat, mute, or remove the participant if you have the necessary permissions.

Note: Depending on the meeting settings, participants may also have the option to hide their video or audio, so it's possible that not all participants will be visible at all times.
