To update your signature on Outlook 2019, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook 2019 on your computer.

2. Click on the "File" tab located in the top left corner of the screen.

3. From the drop-down menu, select "Options."

4. In the Outlook Options window, click on "Mail" in the left-hand sidebar.

5. Scroll down to the "Compose messages" section and click on the "Signatures..." button.

6. In the Signatures and Stationery window, you will see a list of signatures. Select the signature you want to update or create a new one by clicking on the "New" button.

7. In the Edit Signature box, you can modify the text, font, size, color, and formatting of your signature. You can also add images, links, and your contact information.

8. Once you have made the desired changes, click "OK" to save your updated signature.

9. You can choose to set your updated signature as the default for new messages, replies, and forwards by selecting it from the drop-down menus under "Choose default signature."

10. Finally, click "OK" again to close the Signatures and Stationery window.

Your signature has now been successfully updated in Outlook 2019. The next time you compose a new message or reply to an email, your updated signature will be automatically inserted at the bottom of the email.
