If you plan to work from the office or require document printing, ensure that you are connected to the office Wi-Fi network.
If you do not see the network listed in your Wi-Fi settings, kindly reach out to the IT department.
In your message, please provide the ID of your laptop device, which can be found on a sticker located underneath your device.
Please be aware that changes to device policies may take up to 24 hours to take effect. However, in certain cases, you can expedite this process by going into the Windows Settings on your device.
On the left hand side, please select Accounts :
The following options will be shown on the right hand side.
From this page, please click on "Access Work or School"
Please click on drop down menu next too "Connected by <your email address>
There will be a button called "Info" - Once you click on "Info", the following page will be displayed.
Please press "SYNC" and wait for it to complete. You will be required to repeat the "Sync" multiple times for the changes to be taken into account.
